Job Description:

Nu Look Home Design (NLHD), the 27th largest home improvement company in the nation, is growing and looking to add several looking for self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives to our amazing team.
Generating appointments while providing exceptional customer service drives sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you---ll make outbound calls to current and prospective customers who have expressed an interest in our products and services. You will overcome objections and generate appointments while providing an amazing customer experience. You will also maintain quality and performance through management guidance, ongoing training, and personal development.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college gradslooking to gain real-life work experience with a professional firm.

Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Call current and prospective customers to set appointments for in-home estimates (150-200 dials each day)
    • Qualify the customer and the product that meets their needs
    • Assess and understand customer needs through active listening
    • Enthusiastically promote our products and up-sell to maximize revenue
    • Successfully perform closing techniques and overcome objections
    • Scheduling free appointments after thoroughly obtaining accurate customer contact information and other necessary details for a successful hand-off to the outside sales team
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals (i.e. call volume, appointments set, sales)
    • Manage customer information accurately (account notes, dispositioning calls, etc.)
    • Collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate same-day appointments
    • Actively participate in company-sponsored training programs


      what you need to know:

        • The ideal candidate is positive, professional and self-motivated within a team environment. They are highly energetic, detail oriented, and highly organized. They have a passion for ---closing the sale--- through working knowledge of basic sales steps.
        • High School diploma or GED, plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales or outside sales
        • Microsoft Office and CRM experience (preferably Salesforce or Market Sharp)
        • Must have reliable transportation, be dependable and have a positive attitude
