Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Registry Program
Coordinator for a mission driven association to support the
advancement of clinical practice sites from initial data extraction
through full production. In this role, you will help drive
development, implementation, improvement, and reporting activities
for a national clinical registry. The position plays a key part in
supporting healthcare practices and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities : Practice Site Advancement: Coordinate
recruitment and guide sites through the full lifecycle—from
onboarding and data extraction to full production participation.
Practice Support: Provide responsive, high-quality customer service
to participating practice sites. Quality Assurance: Monitor and
ensure the overall quality and integrity of the registry and all
associated services. Project Coordination: Work independently to
prioritize tasks, manage timelines, meet deadlines, and move
initiatives forward. Operational Support: Partner with the Registry
Director to manage daily program operations. Communication
Management: Strengthen communication channels with participating
sites to enhance clarity, responsiveness, and engagement. Vendor
Collaboration: Work closely with the software vendor to support
system enhancements and registry development activities. Reporting
& Documentation: Prepare periodic activity reports, progress
summaries, status updates, and other documentation as needed. Event
& Meeting Support: Assist with organizing workshops, webinars,
conferences, and meetings, including scheduling and coordination of
logistics. Budget Assistance: Contribute to budget development and
support financial tracking processes as required.
Qualifications/Background Profile : Education: Bachelor’s degree
required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of
education and experience). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of
experience in healthcare, health informatics, or a related field.
Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience working effectively
with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Customer Service:
Strong background in providing customer support and relationship
management. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Access,
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Flexibility: Ability to work
occasional evenings and weekends based on program needs. This job
is Hybrid Remote. Pay Range: Hourly $30.00 to $33.00 We offer
