assessments, evaluating our patients with a holistic approach for
balance and harmony. Individualized Care Individualized treatment
plans are the cornerstone of our work. Our providers create a
tailored treatment plan with your short long-term aesthetic and
wellness goals in mind. Results Based in Anatomy Facial anatomy is
a complex network of muscles, fat pads, skin, and more that work
synergistically together. We believe by mastering anatomy through
ongoing education and advanced injection techniques we master the
art of aesthetics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assess
clients' aesthetic and wellness needs and carry out tailored
treatment plans alongside our medical providers to deliver natural
results. -Lead Comprehensive Weight Management Program. -
Administer aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox,
dermal fillers, etc.), skin rejuvenation procedures, IV Nutrition
therapy, and other non-surgical therapies with precision and care.
- Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment consultations and
full-face assessments, ensuring clients are well informed and
comfortable throughout their experience. - Maintain accurate and
detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress,
and outcomes. - Collaborate with other medical professionals to
ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. - Stay current with
industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide
the best possible care. - Ensure compliance with all applicable
health regulations and safety standards. - Participate in ongoing
training and professional development to enhance skills and
knowledge in the field of aesthetics. -Create social media posts
including before and after photos, client testimonials, and more to
promote your work. Qualifications: - Masters Degree or above only -
Current Maryland CRNP or DNP license in good standing. - Minimum of
2 years working as a NURSE PRACTITIONER IN THE WELLNESS AND
AESTHETIC INDUSTRY REQUIRED PLEASE , certification in aesthetic
injectables preferred - Comfortable with full face injections
including Botox and dermal filler. - Strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Detail-oriented
with excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability
to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. -
Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to providing exceptional
patient care. - Basic computer skills and comfortable using social
media. - CRP certification required. Job Type: Part-Time Pay: Mixed
