The Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. The therapist will also support clients in addressing mental health challenges and promote overall well-being. Qualifications Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management Proven expertise in Social Work and Mental Health interventions Experience in providing Family Therapy and facilitating group sessions Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker in Pennsylvania Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical practices in mental health care
