Early Learning Center as a Lead PreK Teacher and inspire young
minds in a nurturing environment! We are looking for a passionate
educator with a 90-hour qualification to guide our PreK students in
their early learning journey. Sign on bonus offered for fully
qualified individual ready to walk in and start working with no
additional training required. Responsibilities: - Develop and
implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards. -
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that
encourages exploration and learning. - Assess and monitor student
progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. -
Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive educational
experience. - Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Guide and mentor assistant teachers and support staff. -
Communicate effectively with families to support student
development. - Participate in ongoing professional development to
enhance teaching skills. Requirements: - Must possess a 90-hour
qualification in Early Childhood Education. - Must MSDE Office of
Childcare approved ADA training. - Experience working with
preschool-aged children in an educational setting. - Strong
understanding of child development and early learning principles. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to
create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. - CPR and First
Aid certification preferred. - Positive attitude and a passion for
teaching young children. - Willingness to collaborate and
