Job Description:
STV is seeking a Right-of-Way Project Manager for our
Transportation Planning department at our Baltimore/Washington DC
office.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage right-of-way activities for transportation
infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the preparation of right-of-way plans, easement
documents, property plats, appraisals, title reports and offer
packages.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and public agencies
to ensure project compliance and schedule compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure projects adhere to applicable regulations, standards,
and best practices.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Masters and relevant experience
preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in right-of-way or related
disciplines.
- Real Estate Agent or Broker License preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams
effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience
working with public agencies and property owners.Compensation
Range: $100,226.48 - $133,635.31Don't meet every single
