RN TEAM LEADER L&D ~Sign On Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 ~
SINAI HOSPITAL ~Full-time w/Weekend Commitment - Night shift -
Hours Vary ~RN Leader ~This unit offers a potential of up to
$10,000 sign-on bonus* UNIT SUMMARY: The Labor & Delivery unit is a
20-bed unit includes 3 triage rooms, 7 LDRs, 2 ORs, 3 PACU bays and
5 observation beds; high risk obstetrical unit with access to Level
III NICU *This is a Night position that will be scheduled for
2-12hour and 2-8hour shifts a week.* As a member of the patient
care team, the Team Leader demonstrates proficiency in clinically
sound evidence-based practice. The Team Leader oversees the daily
surgical/ procedural schedule to assess instrumentation needs in
addition to equipment, supply inventory, and daily staffing
coverage. Serves as a technical resource for assigned staff;
providing guidance and answers questions regarding procedures and
compliance with policy and procedure. He/she exhibits a mastery of
nursing functions needed to advise, mentor and evaluate other
patient care team members. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
required from CCNE accredited schools At least 2-4 years of L&D
experience including supervisory is required Maryland Registered
Nurse License or eligibility to obtain Maryland license required
