an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our Lancer
Hospitality team at Point Defiance Zoo! As a Banquet Supervisor,
you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet
events by working with a team of talented foodservice

What you'll be doing:
- Participating in food preparation.
- Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service,
including food preparation and safety.
- Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
- Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all
company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food
safety, and sanitation.
- Other tasks as needed.What we're looking for:Must-haves:
- At least two years' experience in foodservice.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and
verbal.Nice-to-haves:
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory
role.Compensation Range$20 - $22
