operations, project resourcing, and delivery support Manage the
full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with healthcare and
pharma regulations Lead people operations including onboarding, HR
coordination, performance support, and policy implementation Manage
office operations, vendors, and internal systems Ensure regulatory,
contractual, and operational compliance Maintain contracts, HR, and
operational documentation Experience Skill 2 years’ experience in
operations, contracts, people ops or office management Experience
in healthcare environment preferred Strong contract management,
organizational, and stakeholder management skill Detail-oriented,
proactive, and highly organized
