Job Description:

our Information Technology and Cybersecurity team. This role
focuses on developing and enhancing mission-critical applications
and systems integral to national defense and security. The
successful candidate will leverage advanced technology to create
innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of efficiency,
reliability, and security, upholding our commitment to integrity,
excellence, and teamwork. Design, develop, and deploy software
solutions that meet defense and security requirements. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to analyze needs and integrate new
technologies. Maintain and enhance existing software applications
to ensure operational excellence. Lead software testing and
validation processes to ensure quality and compliance. Provide
technical mentorship to junior engineers on the team. Stay updated
with emerging technologies and industry trends to advise on
potential IT security enhancements. Proficiency in programming
languages such as C++, Java, or Python Experience with software
development frameworks and platforms Knowledge of secure coding
practices and cybersecurity principles Strong problem-solving
skills and the ability to manage complex projects Excellent
