As a Supervisor of Fuel Handling, you will oversee the day-to-day operations involved in the management and handling of fuel materials necessary for power generation. This includes monitoring the storage, transportation, and safety of fuel, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and leading initiatives for improving operational efficiencies. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of delivering safe and reliable energy. Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and handling of all fuel types, Manage and train fuel handling personnel to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance, Develop and implement fuel management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations, Monitor industry trends and updates in fuel handling technology and regulations to keep practices up-to-date Strong leadership and team management skills, In-depth knowledge of fuel types, storage protocols, and handling procedures, Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety standards, Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Hazardous Materials Management preferred, OSHA Safety Training certification
